http://www.mediafire.com/?tjoyimnttdzNice Alt-Country from a band that were never really appreciated. It will never set the world alight but not every album can be a classic. There is a place in this world for albums that you can just sit back and say ‘That was nice I really enjoyed that’ without having to declare it as the Greatest Album Ever.

This album was really hard to track down before a recent re-release.
I bought this album for around ten pounds on E-Bay a few years back because I couldn't find it anywhere and wasn't too interested in this album first time around.
I really enjoyed this album too and found it quite unique compared to alot of alt.country given the Camden Town indie via Waylon & Wille slant that made this album a real contrast to alot of other indie/alt.country acts.
There's a great cover of 'In Tall Buildings' long before it became fashionable to cover John Hartford, a classic in it's own right'Restless' and a tribute to Johnathan Richman 'Jonathan Jonathan' which in turn is probably a tribute to Richman's own 'Velvet Underground'.
I read inside a Rough Trade Compilation views that described this as an album that's aged well and while that was the case a couple years back the recent gluttony of Country/Folk/Ameicana has probably diluted it's distinctive potency somwwhat.
Having said that I think it's a classic of it's kind and a really underated relic of it's kind being as it still stands at position No.1
in the Camden Town Country Hall of fame. Alan Tyler still makes pretty good country albums to this day but hasn't topped this one.
