http://www.mediafire.com/?k1wm2vyny3tStill Feel Gone is the second album by American alternative country pioneers Uncle Tupelo. If you've never listened to Uncle Tupelo you should do. The band's ace in the hole comes from the contrasting vocal styles of Farrar and Tweedy. While Tweedy sings with a pop-perfect boyish lilt, Farrar's powerful rasp sounds like he's been gargling with gravel since puberty. Still Feel Gone is an outstanding album.

Thanks
This is my favourite Uncle Tupelo album, combining the ferocity and turbo charged country rock of 'No Depression' on songs like 'Gun' and 'Watch Me Fall' with the reflective acoustic poignancy of songs like 'Still Be Around' which still resonate as powerfully now as they did back in the early 90's.
Not that the timing of the album is really significant other than the fact that like all the best music it's really timeless and has stood the test of time better than many of the bands that followed in Uncle Tupelo's wake. Some of which made great music too but rarely if ever were any of Uncle Tupelo's 4 albums or even Son Volt's 'Trace' bettered.
'American Central Dust' by the way, is going to huge, some of the best music Jay Farrar has ever produced and certainly up there with his best stuff. Alot more like 'Trace' with the best bits of 'Straightaways' thrown in for good measure. Can't wait to get hold of a copy when the official release date arrives.
Thanks for the early UT. Nice to hear that new Son Volt is on the way, too . . .
I cannot stand Farrar's voice, while Jeff's is one of the most wonderful voices in Earth
